Cancellation and Refund Policy

If your letter arrives damaged, you are entitled to receive a refund for that particular letter. Alternatively, we can send a replacement free of charge. If your letter gets lost in transit, we can send a replacement free of charge.

Recurring subscriptions are set to renew automatically. Your card will be charged and your subscription will resume. If you do not want your subscription to renew, please email us.

If you have emailed us to cancel your subscription, we will send you a cancellation confirmation when the cancellation is finalized.

There are no refunds or cancellations on 6-month and 12-month letter subscriptions.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of an address change. We will resend letters to the new address for up to 1 month (30 days). Any letters that have been mailed past the 30-day mark are not subject to a refund or resend.

Letters and digital products cannot be returned. Notebooks can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
